Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has announced a massive recruitment drive under IBPS CRP RRB XIV for 13,217 posts in Regional Rural Banks (RRBs) across India. The vacancies are available for Office Assistant (Multipurpose), Officer Scale I, II, and III.

Eligibility Criteria for IBPS RRB Recruitment 2025
Nationality
Applicants must be:
- A citizen of India, or
- A subject of Nepal/Bhutan, or
- A Tibetan refugee settled in India before 1st January 1962, or
- A person of Indian origin migrated from select countries (as per Govt. norms).
Language Proficiency
Candidates must know the local language of the state where the RRB is located.
Age Limit (as on 01.09.2025)
- Office Assistant (Multipurpose): 18 – 28 years
- Officer Scale I: 18 – 30 years
- Officer Scale II: 21 – 32 years
- Officer Scale III: 21 – 40 years
👉 Age relaxation: OBC – 3 years | SC/ST – 5 years | PwD – 10 years
Educational Qualification
- Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline + local language proficiency + computer knowledge desirable.
- Officer Scale I: Graduate in any discipline (preference to Agriculture, IT, Law, Management, etc.) + local language + computer knowledge desirable.
- Officer Scale II (GBO): Graduate with minimum 50% + 2 years’ banking/finance experience.
- Officer Scale II (Specialist Officers): Degree in relevant field (IT, Law, CA, Treasury, Marketing, Agriculture, etc.) with minimum 1–2 years’ experience.
- Officer Scale III: Graduate with minimum 50% + 5 years’ experience as an Officer in Bank/Financial Institution.
